PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICIES

PAYMENT TERMS:

All transactions on the Our Application shall be in Indian Rupees.

Once you register on our Application, we create a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in Cash Games have to be made through your Googly11 user account. All cash prizes won by you are credited by us into this user account.
When making a payment, please ensure that the device used to make the payment is your own and/or you are legally authorized to use such device which is used to Add Cash into your user account only.

Subject to the Add Cash limits specified by us from time to time, you are permitted to deposit as much money as you want in your user account for the purpose of participating in Cash Games on the Portal. Effective 01.10.2023, in view of insertion of Rule 31B of the CGST Rules, 2017, Googly11 shall be levying applicable GST on the amount deposited by you and depositing the same with Government treasury. We shall issue an invoice for such deposit made by you and GST collected thereon.

Credit card, Debit card, prepaid cash cards and internet banking payments are processed through third party payment gateways. Similarly, other payment modes also require an authorization by the intermediary which processes payments. We are not responsible for delays or denials at their end and processing of payments will be solely in terms of their policies and procedures without any responsibility, liability or risk at our end. If there are any issues in connection with adding cash, a complaint may be sent to us. You agree that in such an event of your credit being delayed or eventually declined for reasons beyond our control, we will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. Once a payment/transaction is authorized, the funds are credited to your user account and are available for you to play Cash Games.

We have the right to cancel a transaction at any point of time solely according to our discretion in which case if the payment is successful, then the transaction will be reversed, and the money is credited back to your payment device.

WITHDRAWLS

You agree that all withdrawals you make are governed by the following conditions:

1. Googly11 can ask you for KYC documents to verify your address and identity at any stage. Withdrawals will be permitted only from accounts for which such KYC process is completed.

You can choose to withdraw money from your user account at any time. Once received request, post verification of the withdrawal request, we may disburse the specified amount by electronic transfer based on the mode of withdrawal selected by you.

Withdrawals on the gaming platform apply processing charges as per the prevalent policy.

We will attempt our best to process your withdrawals in a timely manner, but there could be delays due to the time required for verification and completing the withdrawal transaction. We shall not be liable to pay you any form of compensation for the reason of delays in remitting payments to you from your user account.To be eligible to win a prize, you must be a resident of India and accessing the Services of Googly11 on the Services from India.

5. You are responsible for bearing the cost of any indirect taxes as per applicable laws as amended from time to time (in addition to GST collected on deposits made by you). We reserve the right to recover taxes that become due and payable to the respective authority owing to any operation of law. demand by relevant authority or any judicial pronouncement or otherwise. We reserve the right to deduct the said amount from your balance with us and deposit the tax with the government treasury.

REFUNDS

1.We will refund any amount left in your Unutilised Account if your Account gets suspended or removed

(a) due to Our failure to provide Services,

(b) any instruction received from any government or regulatory authority.

2. We will refund the Pre-Designated Amount paid by You in case of any Contest is abandoned in accordance with these Terms.

3.In the event, Our Services are not available due to reasons outside of Our control, including but not limited to any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Our control, such as acts of god, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, epidemic, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials or any cancellation of services available on Our Platform, then We reserve the right to cancel any Contest and process refund of the Pre – Designated Amount.

4.If there is any request for withdrawal of amount deposited in Unutilised Account, such refund request shall be processed net of GST i.e. applicable 28% GST paid on the amount deposited in Unutilised Account. GST amount shall not be refunded as per applicable government laws.
