All Content on the Application shall be utilized only for the purpose of availing Services in conformity with the Terms.
You acknowledge that all ownership rights and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content are owned by Googly11 and that you have no right title or other interest in any such items except as expressly stated in the Terms.



BREACH OF TERMS;


In case of breach of these Terms or if We reasonably believe that You have breached these Terms, We may choose to:
  • Restrict, suspend, deactivate or permanently delete Your account with Us (including all related information that You might have provided to Us)
  • Disqualify You from participating in a Contest;
  • Refrain from awarding any prizes to You or forfeit Your winnings
  • 4. Initiate appropriate civil/criminal proceedings as We may consider appropriate in addition to forfeiture and/or recovery of prize money.

    • USAGE OF WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATION;:

    • Users using the services offered by www.googly11.in or the Googly11 App, including Features, by participating in various contests and games organised on the platform (“Contests”) are bound to follow these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules and regulations defined by Googly11.
    • Googly11 reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations at any time by posting them on www.googly11.in By using Googly11 services, Users agree to time-to-time amendments that may be made. Users will be informed of any amendments via email to their registered address or by posting notifications in their accounts. If a User disagrees or does not accept the amendments, they can indicate their non-acceptance within the defined time frame. If a user fails to do so, they will be deemed to have accepted the changes. In case of non-acceptance, Googly11 reserves the right to restrict the User from using its services and features.
    • Your registration on the Portal is restricted to a single user account which will be used by you to avail the Services provided on the Portal. You are prohibited from creating or using multiple user IDs for registering on the Portal.
    • 4. We are legally obliged to deduct tax at source (TDS) on your net winnings in accordance with the applicable law as prescribed from time to time by the Government of India.
    • TDS at the rate of 30%, or such other rate as may be prescribed by law at the relevant time, will automatically be deducted from such net winnings w.e.f 1st April 2023 at the time of any withdrawal and/or at the end of the financial year on any untaxed winnings for the year.
    • Withdrawal of winnings from the account will only be permitted upon you providing your correct PAN details. These limits and rates are subject to change as per the prevailing rules and regulations. Our obligation in this regard is limited to deducting TDS as required by law and providing you an appropriate certificate of tax deduction. We neither advise you nor shall in any manner be responsible for your individual tax matters.
    • Googly11 reserves the right to extend the deadline or abandon the contest/game based on the circumstances such as delayed toss, interruption on account of weather, non-appearance of teams, technical/equipment glitches causing delays etc.
